Why Manheim Collections Go Wrong Before the Driver Arrives.
Most Manheim collection failures happen before the truck moves. Missing documentation, wrong gate procedure and no understanding of the three-day payment window can turn a straightforward job into storage fees, a missed SureCheck window, and a dry-run charge. No Release Code at the Gate
Manheim will not release a vehicle to a driver presenting only a lot number. You need the 10-digit Release Code or digital Gate Pass. Turn up without it and you get turned away — with your three-day storage clock still running.
